Both, roughly fifty-fifty. Residential calls are mostly service work, panel upgrades, rewires, and additions. Commercial is tenant build-outs, restaurant kitchens, retail spaces, and small office work. We do take on heavy industrial and high-voltage work.

We do, for the real ones. No power to part of the house, burning smell at the panel, a breaker that won’t stay set, water in a light fixture. Call the main line and tell whoever picks up that it’s an emergency, and we’ll get a truck out as fast as we can. After-hours rates are higher than normal. We’ll tell you the number before anyone is dispatched, never after.

Yes, any time the job legally needs one. Panel changes, service upgrades, additions, EV chargers, generator transfer switches, most rewires. We pull the permit, schedule the inspector, and meet them on site so you don’t have to take time off work. If a job is small enough that no permit is needed, we’ll tell you that straight up instead of charging for one you don’t need.

Yes. One year on workmanship from the day we finish. If something we wired fails because of how we wired it, we come back and fix it, no charge. Manufacturer warranties on the parts themselves (panels, breakers, EV chargers, fans) run separately and are usually longer. We’ll register them in your name when the manufacturer requires it.
